Caption challenge takes on the loco news
 Fast-paced, late-breaking and totally loco news. This is W-A-R-P CNN. The stories you want, when you want them. Once again, we want to know what funny captions you can dream up for a photo that someone around here thought was funny.But, you ask, why is this person wearing feathers? The Hedwig was one of the people lined up to pick up the final book in the Harry Potter series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." So show us what you've got.
