A family salutes their loved soldier
The family of Chief Naval Aircrewman Robert Scott Abplanalp sends this salute to their loved soldier:
"We just want to tell him we miss him, love him and are so proud of him. He is a hero to all of us in every sense of the word. And his 3 year old nephew Andrew wants to give him a message: Go Seahawks! Love from his whole family and happy birthday!"
- Barb Trochta (mother in law)
On CNN TVEvery weekday morning on Headline News' Morning Express, anchor Robin Meade and her team do a shout-out to U.S. troops by showing off photos and videos sent in by their loved ones.
