'We'll have a strawberry shake waiting'
![]() I would like to salute my hero, husband, best friend, and world's greatest father! He is my rock, and everything I wake up for in the morning. Currently SrA Brandon Talley is on deployment for the USAF in the Middle East as an aircraft mechanic for the RC-135. Although he was gone for his son's first Thanksgiving we have hopes for him coming home before Christmas. This photo was taken an hour before he had to leave us at his favorite restaurant, Red Robin. We will have a strawberry shake waiting for him when he gets home. We love and miss him dearly! God Bless all of our Troops, you are all heroes!! -- Kristen Talley of Omaha, Nebraska
Hi, Brandon. Hope all is going well. We are so proud of you serving our country. Rest assured we are taking good care of Kristen and Jordan. We can't wait until you are back home for Christmas!!
Love always, Rob and Cathy
I watched you grow from an infant to a little boy to a young man. You have become a wonderful man, a loving husband and father and a top-notch Senior Airman. Some people think that the heros of the world are sports figures or celebrities. They are wrong. The heros of the world are people like you that sacrifice for their family and their country. You are a hero.
Come home safe and sound and soon. I love you with all of my heart. Mom Cheri Smith, Salisbury, Maryland
Airman's may come and go, but there's only one, "Just Brandon". As a kid that's how you answered the phone when someone ask "who is this"?
When you were a young boy, I knew you had big dreams that one day you would acheive your goals in life. My wife and I were on a trip in Minn., Minnesota in August, 2007, when Brandon made a surprise visit to see us and brought his wife Kristen and our first grandson, "Jordan". The 5 of us spent 4 wonderful days together that made it a trip that we will all treasure for years to come. It meant a lot to us for them to take time to drive 6 hours to introduce us to our new grandson, "Jordan". I can honestly say I'm proud of my Airman and the man he has become. He's worked very hard to be a wonderful husband, a great dad, and a fine son I can call my own. Brandon, we are proud of you and we have heartfelt wishes of hoping to see you, Kristen, and Jordan again real soon. May God Bless and take care of you and all of our troops. Happy Holidays with all our Love...Your Dad & Step-Mom! Jerry & Peggy Talley Glencoe, Alabama |
