'He was my rock ... still is to this day'
![]() Here's a pic of my husband and best friend Spc. Joshua Branum before he deployed with the the Alpha Co, 4/3 Aviation Brigade at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA on May 7, 2007. They are all such wonderful people! (But I think my husband is the best!) We lost our son Jan. 23, 2007 and he was my rock then and still is to this day even though he's so far away. He is currently serving our country in Iraq. He is on a 15-18 month tour and will hopefully be home by August-November of next year! He is loved dearly! -- Victoria Branum of Savannah, Georgia |
On CNN TV
Every weekday morning on Headline News' Morning Express, anchor Robin Meade and her team do a shout-out to U.S. troops by showing off photos and videos sent in by their loved ones. Tune in every hour between 6 and 10 a.m. to see the salutes on air, or click through the archives on this page.
