Family, friends, and sometimes even troops themselves send I-Report salutes nearly every day to U.S. military serving their country away from home. Take a look below as family and friends share stories of the troops they love.

Ghost Riders Platoon, Camp Warhorse. My son Chris, is the medic for a 4 humvee, 20 man security platoon. They are all brothers, committed to their job and getting each other back to Ft Hood Texas in the same condition as when they left. I am humbled by their bravery and committment to service.
I salute all the young men and women who chose to serve during wartime. Their unquestionable courage is a inspiration to all of us. I especially went to salute my son who is a medic with the Ghost Riders, a special security platoon at Camp Warhorse Iraq. These 20 men have done their mission well and hope to return to us by Christmas.
