'Truly my hero'
I am married to PFC Christopher Berns stationed in Baghdad, Iraq with the 2nd Battalion-69th Armored Regiment, attached to the 3rdBDE, 3rd Infantry Division! He drives an M1A1 Abrams Tank, but they spend a lot of time out of the tanks on patrol! Our first wedding anniversary is coming up in early June! He is truly my hero and I can't wait for him and his fellow soldiers to return home safe and sound! "Speed and Power!"
-- Amanda Berns of China Grove, North Carolina
