Republican Presidential Primaries/Caucuses

Ten states hold contests on Super Tuesday with 419 delegates in the balance. That number represents 37 percent of the total delegates needed to win the nomination (1,144). When unpledged RNC delegates are factored in, the number grows to 437 total delegates. Some of the delegate-rich states include Georgia (76 total delegates), Ohio (66 total delegates) and Tennessee (58 total delegates).
