Blair announces new moves to contain Saddam

LONDON (Reuters) -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair
on Sunday announced new moves to contain Iraqi leader Saddam
Hussein following four nights of air attacks by Britain and the
United States.
He told a news conference that the British aircraft carrier
Invincible would be moved to the Gulf in January "as part of
this strategy of containment."
