Police force uncovered

HONG KONG -- In the Hong Kong headlines Wednesday morning there was an expose, of sorts, on the police. It did not accuse the police of a cover-up. On the contrary, Hong Kong's finest have uncovered thousands of pictures, supposedly, of policemen posing stark naked. Police suspect a gigolo racket. But they're still trying to determine who is in the photos and what they were for.

If you're going to smuggle, at least look good

BOGOTA, Colombia -- A trendy fashion statement spoke volumes to an airport security guard in Medillin, Colombia. Police said that the guard became suspicious when he spotted two Miami-bound women sporting oversized shoulder pads on their pleated dresses. Normally, such pads contain polyester foam. This time they contained something in the illegal drug line.
