Blast rocks London's Soho district

LONDON (CNN) -- An explosion in the Soho district of London injured at least 10 people on Friday evening, fire officials said.

Streets in the area were packed with people because of a bank holiday weekend in England.

The blast, which witnesses said occurred at a pub in the neighborhood, was the third explosion this month in London. Police and firefighters were investigating the blast, which followed bomb attacks in two racially mixed districts over the last two weeks.

A nail bomb explosion in Brick Lane -- the center of London's Bangladeshi community -- injured seven people last Saturday. And an April 17 nail bomb injured 39 people in Brixton, a south London district with a large Afro-Caribbean population.

Police and other organizations have offered an $80,000 reward for information leading to arrests in those two attacks.
