YAROSLAVL, Russia (CNN) -- There are some advantages to opening a night club in a Russian bomb shelter.

The acoustics are great. Being 10 feet (three meters) below the surface means the disc jockey can play as loudly as he wants with no neighbors to disturb. And there's an air purification system already in place to remove cigarette smoke.

Plus, it's not hard at all these days to cut a deal with Russia's cash-strapped military.

But the three-year lease has one catch -- it expires in the event of a nuclear attack.
