  • A party must receive 2.5 per cent of the vote and a coalition 4 per cent in order to be represented in the parliament.
  • OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is sending a team of about 325 observers plus 53 parliamentarians to monitor the parliamentary election.
