Nuclear issue raises fresh tension on Korean peninsula

SEOUL, South Korea (CNN) -- Things have been cooling
off a bit in one of the world's hottest hotspots --
the Korean peninsula.
But questions about the North's nuclear ambitions are
keeping some of the old tensions alive, both in Seoul
and in Washington.
