What will Iran's reaction be to weapons tested close to their borders?*  

(CNN) -- The United States is the only nuclear power in the world to have killed people with its nuclear weaponry.

So, is it hypocritical for the United States, or other nuclear powers for that matter, to condemn India and Pakistan for testing their nuclear capabilities?
