KABUL, Afghanistan (CNN) -- A delegation from the European
Union, including Humanitarian Affairs Commissioner Emma
Bonino and several journalists, was arrested by the Taliban
religious army Monday while visiting a woman's health
facility.
At least two men, one of them CNN cameraman Mark Phillips,
were struck during the melee, and the 19-member delegation
was held for about three hours before being released. CNN
Correspondent Christiane Amanpour, who was among those
detained, reports on the Taliban's year-long reign of terror.
