Taiwanese plane crashes with 16 on board

TAIPEI, Taiwan (CNN) -- A passenger plane with 16 people on board crashed Sunday morning on Matsu island, according to a report on Taiwanese state radio.
No survivors have been found, the report said.
The plane belonged to Formosa Airlines, a Taiwanese domestic airline. It was on a flight from the capital, Taipei, to Matsu, a Taiwanese island near the coast of mainland China.
