Polish veterans bombed; 1 killed
WARSAW (CNN) - A gathering of Polish World War II veterans
making the anniversary of the end of the war was rocked with
a bomb blast Thursday. A 72-year-old man was killed and
several others wounded.
The device went off under a table at which 50 veterans were
gathered in the southwestern town of Rudna Gwizdanow.
No motive for the bombing was immediately established by
authorities.
