MOSCOW (CNN) -- NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana arrived
in Moscow for a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Yevgeny
Primakov on Sunday, ahead of a tour of former Soviet
republics in Central Asia.
Russia is firmly opposed to NATO's plans to expand into
Eastern Europe; the talks are the third round between the two
aimed at soothing Russia's fears over the coming expansion.
