BELGRADE, Yugoslavia (CNN) -- Opposition leaders said Monday
that the electoral commission in Nis, Serbia's second largest
city, has refused a government order to reinstate an
opposition
party victory.
The November opposition victories in Nis and 13 other cities
were overturned by the Socialist government of
President Slobodan Milosevic, prompting nearly two months of
massive protests.
Protesters vowed to continue their demonstrations until
Milosevic ratifies all opposition wins.
