Fuhrman may retake the stand
Are tapes proof of Fuhrman perjury?

LOS ANGELES (CNN)-- More incriminating quotes have surfaced from taped conversations between LAPD detective Mark Fuhrman and a screenwriter.
According to today's New York Daily News, Fuhrman says all blacks in city government should be "lined up and shot". He also reportedly criticizes his former patrol partner by saying, "He's so hung up with the rules and everything. He doesn't lie...He's not a policeman at heart."
Fuhrman may be asked to explain those comments on the witness stand.
Simpson attorney F. Lee Bailey tells CNN Fuhrman has been given 72-hours notice that he'll be called to retake the stand. What's at issue is whether Fuhrman perjured himself when he testified that he had not uttered racial slurs in the past ten years.
A Fuhrman spokesman says he was making up stories in the taped interviews to impress screenwriter Laura Hart McKinny.
A hearing is set for Monday to determine if the tapes are admissible.
