The top paid women at public companies, based on a survey being released today by Working Woman magazine. Includes salary, bonuses and other compensation for 1994.

1. Linda Wachner, president, chief executive officer and 
chairwoman of Warnaco/Authentic Fitness Corp.: $9.49 million. 

2. Carol Bartz, president, CEO and chairwoman, Autodesk: 
$7.61 million. 

3. Jill Barad, president and chief operating officer, Mattel: 
$4.67 million. 

4. Ngaire Cuneo, executive vice president, Conseco: $2.97 
million. 

5. Nancy Pedot, president and chief executive officer, 
Gymboree: $2.72 million. 

6. Marion Sandler, co-chairwoman and co-CEO of Golden West 
Financial, $2.15 million. 

7. Charlotte Beers, chairwoman and CEO, Ogilvy & Mather 
Worldwide: $1.59 million. 

8. Ellen Gordon, president and chief operating officer, 
Tootsie Roll Industries: $1.56 million. 

9. June Rokoff, senior vice president, Lotus Development: 
$1.23 million. 

10. Sally Frame Kasaks, chairwoman and CEO, Ann Taylor: $1.22 
million. 

11. Jane Shaw, former president, Alza: $1.09 million. 

12. Kathryn Braun, executive vice president, Western Digital: 
$1.07 million. 

13. Lillian Vernon, chairwoman and chief executive officer, 
Lillian Vernon: $1.04 million. 

14. Cynthia Dennis, senior vice president, Gymboree: 
$980,912. 

15. Regina Dolan, vice president and chief financial officer,

16. Antonia Shusta, former group executive, Household
