NEW YORK (CNN) -- First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani may soon show up on your doorstep -- not looking for your votes -- but demanding a trick or treat. Ninety percent of American kids are expected to don costumes for Halloween. And half of all adults also will dress up.
