California learns lessons of earthquake readiness

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- Californians have experience preparing
for earthquakes as powerful as the 7.8 magnitude tremor that
killed at least 2,000 people in Turkey.
CNN's Jennifer Auther reports how engineers, medical staffs,
and whole communities in California are planning now to
minimize causalities if disaster strikes.
