UNITED NATIONS (CNN) -- The United Nations is helping to
spread the anti-smoking message Monday on World No Tobacco
Day, but will do so in a smoke-filled environment.
As CNN's Richard Roth reports, some see the situation at the
United Nations headquarters as a case of "do as I say, not as
I do."
