ABOARD THE USS CARL VINSON (CNN) -- While President Clinton's
impeachment trial dominates Washington and the television
airwaves, daily life goes on for U.S. troops stationed in the
Persian Gulf.
The 6,000 men and women aboard the USS Carl Vinson aircraft
carrier are not much different from many Americans back home
in the way they feel about the proceedings.
Correspondent Martin Savidge reports on how the trial is
affecting morale in a faraway place.
