California girl plays Santa to hundreds

CALABASAS, California (CNN) -- While many children make a wish list for Santa at this time of year, a 12-year-old girl in Southern California is, in effect, playing the role of Santa for hundreds of less fortunate children.
And as CNN's Jennifer Auther reports, this act of kindness takes place in spite of the girl's own delicate health.
