New water safety rules: What they mean to you

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- President Clinton's newly announced regulations on drinking water safety should come as welcome news to millions of Americans who are skeptical of what comes out of their home faucet.

In this report, CNN's Jennifer Auther samples reaction from a water industry official and consumers in the Los Angeles area.
