The Hollywood Wax Museum in Branson, Missouri, added a Mark McGwire wax figure as part of "Mark McGwire Day"

BRANSON, Missouri (CNN) -- Baseball fans who can't get enough of slugger Mark McGwire on television can now visit a life-size wax statue of the St. Louis Cardinals' first baseman.

The Hollywood Wax Museum in Branson, Missouri, proudly boasts that it has added a spectacular wax McGwire to its collection of celebrity statues.

McGwire's likeness is captured as he finishes batting what must have been a home run, and he gazes up intently, as if to the heavens, but probably into the stands above the outfield.

The statue wears a Cardinals uniform, and bears a striking resemblance to its subject, except for the forearms -- which don't appear quite as large as the real thing.

The museum also advertises statues of Titanic stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The McGwire figure is placed in what appears to be a sports section of the museum, next to a scantily clad statue of wrestler Hulk Hogan.
