LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- The highest ratings on cable television belong not to "Larry King Live" or "South Park" but to professional wrestling shows.

Why is this mayhem so popular? Correspondent Greg LaMotte has gone to the horse's mouth to get an explanation. He visited a wrestling school in southern California to get the opinion of the men in the ring.

A sample of his report: "You always get the urge to just grab someone by the neck and just snap it.... We're allowed to do that in here."
