NEW YORK (CNN) -- New York City has begun a pilot program to
train disabled people to drive taxis, using specially
outfitted cabs.
CNN's Cynthia Tornquist takes a trip with Ruben Tavarez, a
paraplegic who has taken up the challenge of navigating the
city's clogged streets.
