Meals on Wheels honors unique volunteer

LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia (CNN) -- The well-known organization Meals on wheels has awarded its "National Volunteer of the Year" award to a very special person indeed.

The winner, as CNN's Brian Cabell found out, is a man who daily overcomes his own health problems in order to help others.
