Simpson's Heisman reportedly found

SANTA MONICA, California (CNN) -- CNN has learned that O.J. Simpson's Heisman trophy has been located, and is now in the custody of the Nicole Brown Simpson estate.
The trophy, reportedly valued at as much as $500,000, was reported missing after Simpson lost a wrongful death suit in February in which the jury found him liable for the murders of his ex-wife and her friend Ron Goldman.
Simpson was ordered to pay $33.5 million in compensatory damages to the Brown and Goldman families for the 1994 killings. The former football star was ordered to reveal his monetary worth and hand over his assets, including his Heisman trophy and his golf clubs.
At a hearing later Monday in Beverly Hills, a judge will hear arguments on the disposal of Simpson's personal property.
Daniel Petrocelli, the attorney for Fred Goldman, told CNN he knows nothing about Nicole's estate having possession of the Simpson trophy. Simpson's attorney would not comment, and the Brown family's attorney had not been seen at the courthouse Monday morning.
