Rally set to support 10 Commandments display

MONTGOMERY, Alabama (CNN) -- An Alabama judge has refused to remove a display of the Ten Commandments from his courtroom despite a court order to do so. Various Christian groups have planned a Saturday rally at the state capitol to support Judge Roy Moore, with thousands expected to attend.
An Alabama court earlier ruled that the display of the Christian tenets in Moore's court violates the constitution by promoting one religion over another. Moore is appealing.
