Driver's collision with robbery suspect's car taped

LAS VEGAS (CNN) -- As police chased a robbery suspect at speeds approaching 80 mph, a motorist was in the wrong place at the wrong time. As she tried to make a left turn at an intersection, her car collided with the passenger side of the suspect's vehicle. The violent crash on Sunday night was captured on tape by CNN affiliate KTNV.

The woman, whose car spun completely around after the accident, was wearing a seat belt and was not badly hurt, authorities said. Police took the suspect into custody at the crash site.
