Mother disputes coroner's claims in air bag death of child

BOISE, Idaho (CNN) -- The mother of an 1-year-old girl, who was decapitated by a passenger-side air bag, disputed the coroner's findings that the child was not strapped in by a seat belt.
Rebecca Blackman said she never took her baby in the car without strapping the infant in the child seat. Authorities said an unsecured safety seat was a contributing factor in baby's death.
