Friends, former co-workers aroused FBI suspicions of JewellAffidavit shows suspicions used to obtain search warrant

ATLANTA (CNN) -- Tips that security guard Richard Jewell had once been a zealous college cop and received bomb training while a county deputy sheriff reportedly were used by the FBI to obtain a search warrant for his apartment in the aftermath of the July 27 Olympic park bombing. Sources told CNN that the affidavit used to obtain the warrant contained an assortment of suspicions from friends, former co-workers and law enforcement agents who worked with Jewell at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park. Points reportedly included in the affidavit:
Jewell's attorneys told CNN the affidavit is filled with "distortions and half-truths."
