ALBANY, Georgia (CNN) -- A neighbor of the woman killed in Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park bombing was in custody Thursday, charged with burglarizing Alice Hawthorne's home the day after she died.

Meanwhile, Hawthorne's 14-year-old daughter, Fallon Stubbs, who was injured in the blast, was released from the hospital Thursday.

Welton Burden, 34, was arrested Wednesday night when the car he was riding in was pulled over on a routine traffic stop, police in Albany, Georgia said. A warrant for Burden was issued after police learned he had told others details about the burglary that were not public.

A burglar broke through the front window of the family's house Sunday, stealing a VCR and television while John Hawthorne was in Atlanta making arrangements for his wife's funeral and visiting Stubbs, his stepdaughter.

Sound icon Of those injured in the blast, eight remained hospitalized Wednesday including Felicia Lee, who was standing next to Hawthorne and suffered leg injuries when a crude pipebomb exploded in the park early Saturday morning. "I saw her get hit in the head ... and I saw blood splashing down my leg," Lee said. (510K AIFF or WAV sound)

Two funeral services are planned for Alice Hawthorne, one on Friday in Albany; the other will be on Saturday in Atlanta.
