Nicole Simpson considered writing book on O.J., her father says

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- Nicole Brown Simpson's father said she was contemplating writing a book about her stormy relationship with her former husband, O.J. Simpson.
Lou Brown said his daughter maintained a diary and that she wanted to write because "she felt she had been mistreated repeatedly," according to transcripts of his deposition in the civil lawsuits against Simpson.
Simpson was acquitted last October of the murders of his ex-wife and her friend Ronald Goldman.
In the deposition, Lou Brown; his wife, Juditha; and their two daughters, Denise and Dominique, said Nicole Brown Simpson told them how O.J. Simpson angrily offered his ex-wife $5,000 in exchange for sex.
They said it happened after a Mother's Day dinner -- just weeks before the killings.
Juditha Brown said when she learned her daughter had been killed, her first thought was that Simpson did it.
When asked why, Juditha Brown said: "His behavior. His stalking. His telling me it's going to hurt (If Nicole leaves him)' ... And when he came out of jail, I really knew that he killed her ... because he has not once asked how I feel."
The Brown family transcripts also show that Nicole Brown Simpson repeatedly told them her ex-husband would kill her. Juditha Brown said she never took it seriously until the last time her daughter said it, just two weeks before she was killed.
Lou and Juditha Brown have custody of Simpson's youngest children. Simpson sends the Browns $3,000 a month in support.
