Two-thirds of the American public think that the federal authorities have not captured all of the people directly responsible for the Oklahoma City bombing, according to a recent poll. The poll, released on the one-year anniversary of the bombing, also shows fears of a repeat attack have subsided in the last year.

In a CNN/USA TODAY/GALLUP poll conducted on April 9-10, 68 percent of 1,010 adult Americans surveyed said they did not think all of the suspects have been captured. Twenty percent said they believed all the people responsible for the attack have been charged. The margin of error for the poll is 3 percentage points.

Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols are the only people charged in connection with the bombing. The FBI has said it is continuing its search for further suspects.

The poll shows fears over other terrorist attacks similar to the bombing in Oklahoma City have decreased somewhat in the past year. Last April, 42 percent of the public was worried that they themselves or a family member would be a victim of an attack like the Oklahoma City bombing. A year later, 35 percent say they are worried about that happening.
