United States citizens do not need a visa for entry into Zimbabwe. It is possible to fly from the United States to Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe. From Harare, domestic flights are available to Victoria Falls.

Locally, information is available at the Victoria Falls Publicity Association at the corner of Parkway and Livingston Way (263-13) 4202. ("263" is the Zimbabwe country code, for international dialing from the United States.)

Shearwater Adventures in Victoria Falls can arrange bungee jumping ($90), as well as white water rafting ($85) and helicopter flights ($65 for 15 minutes).

Places to stay: Victoria Falls Hotel is for the well-heeled tourist -- tel. (263-13) 4751, fax (263-13) 4586 for reservations. For the budget travelers the Town Council Rest Camp & Caravan Park, tel. (263-13) 4210, provides camping sites, dorm beds, chalets and six-bed cottages, centrally located.
