GOODLAND, Florida (CNN) -- This southwest Florida town is working to improve the image of a bird with a bad reputation -- the buzzard.

While many birds are celebrated in writing and art, thanks to Goodland, the buzzard has its own beautiful bird contest. CNN videographer Tim Wall was on hand for the crowning of the Buzzard Queen.
