State Department cautions travelers in Egypt, Malaysia and Yemen

(CNN) -- The U.S. State Department is advising Americans to exericise caution when traveling in Egypt, Malaysia and Yemen because the government has received information that there may be a threat to U.S. interests in those countries that could include attacks on buildings.
The State Department is advising all Americans in those countries to review their security practices.
