NEW ORLEANS (CNN) -- Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, Bonnie Raitt and Beau Soleil have already gotten toes tapping in New Orleans, but the city's annual Jazz and Heritage Festival goes on through May 3. Emmylou Harris, the Doobie Brothers reunion concert, and Allen Toussaint are just a few of the acts yet to perform as the music commands center stage. There's alligator pie and andouille gumbo, too, to delight the taste buds, and plenty of arts and crafts from Louisiana's rich cultural heritage.
