(CNN) -- California's grape harvest comes in the fall, but the beauty of the wine country is inescapable any time of year. And several companies offer the ultimate in winery tours by taking visitors there in a chauffeured limousine.
"Average cost is about $400 for about six people for a six- to about eight-hour tour where you can taste wines from about three to four different wineries and you don't have to worry about the ride home," said Sam Amato, president of Gateway Limousines, which offers a variety of tour packages popular with leisure and business travelers.
