If you're in the market for a lawn ornament with political oomph -- Fremont's sculpture of communist dictator V.I. Lenin may be just the thing. An American teacher found the seven-ton cast bronze figure toppled in Slovakia after the break-up of the Soviet Union, recognized its artistic merit, and brought it back to the United States. It stands in Fremont now, for sale (seriously) at an asking price of $150,000.
