Six Injured in Shooting at Washington's National Zoo

WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: I'm Wolf Blitzer in Washington.

"MONEYLINE" will be right back, but meantime we're following a breaking story here in Washington at the National Zoo. We've now confirmed a shooting incident at the National Zoo.

A D.C. Fire Department communications spokesman reports at least six shooting victims have already been transported from the front entrance of the National Zoo here in Washington after gunshot wounds. Four of them are children, all of them are reportedly teens. They've been taken to Children's Medical Center here in Washington. Two others have been taken to the Georgetown University hospital. One pregnant women who was in labor is being treated at the scene.

We are following this story closely. As more information becomes available, of course, we will report that.

Once again, a shooting incident at the National Zoo here in Washington.
