Astronaut Thomas speaks about life on Mir

ATLANTA (CNN) -- "The first few days were tough," NASA astronaut Andy Thomas told CNN in an interview Wednesday, summing up some of his experiences aboard the Russian space station Mir.
Thomas, the last American astronaut to work aboard the Russian space station, returned to Earth about a month ago. And he told CNN's John Holliman about some of his experiences and dreams aboard Mir.
