NEW YORK (CNN) -- The U.S. military has plenty of
high-tech gadgets at its disposal. Smart bombs. Smart
guns.
But what about smart T-shirts? This recent invention
has a sensor system woven right into the cotton
fabric, which can transmit crucial information about
its wearer in times of combat.
Firefighters, babies and the elderly could also
benefit from this textile technology. Watch this video report.
