(CNN) -- It wasn't too long ago that the high-tech trucker was the one talking on a CB radio. Nowadays, high-tech trucking means that major haulers follow their fleets by satellite.
CNN's Ann Kellan reports on a new eye in the sky to monitor those evasive trailers.
