NATO uses technology in 'Partnership for Peace'

(CNN) -- While NATO leaders focus on the conflict in Kosovo, members of the 27 nation group were trying to focus on peace at their recent 50th anniversary summit. Part of that plan includes using the latest technology. Rick Lockridge looks at the "Partnership for Peace."
